(Parking spot prices are for new tenants. Each lease requires a refundable security deposit of $25.00 and a $15.00 non-refundable administration fee. The vehicle must be registered and insured to be stored on-site. The security deposit will be returned within four weeks upon move-out as long as the area is clean, all property is removed from parking space, no delinquent rent and the tenant has given a 15-day or more written vacate notice. FREE lock & keys provided with move-in can be used to secure your hitch.)
Reserve Storage
When you reserve a self-storage unit, we hold the selected unit size, price, and promotion until you arrive. Then once you have arrived you can finish the rental process using our 24/7 Rental Station. Our 24/7 Rental Station will provide you with your rental agreement, gate access code, and FREE lock and keys when completed. Locate your unit with the provided site map, and move in…anytime during gate access hours! Your reservation will be saved for up to 2 days for a small fee of $15.00. Auction Updates
Mini Storage Units that fall behind on payments are eventually put up for sale. Sales take place as a public auction of the storage unit. Anyone can participate!
